I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I spent years studying how to help people—and then even more years watching brilliant practitioners burn out on admin work.
The coaches I knew were spending 30-60 minutes per new client just on intake paperwork. Print this. Sign that. Scan it. Email it back. Wait three days. Send a follow-up. It was absurd.
I looked for a solution. What I found were bloated "all-in-one" platforms charging $100+/month with features nobody asked for. Or duct-taped workflows across five different tools. Neither felt right.
